Has potential but keeps freezing

I purchased this app because it has multilingual support and interface, so my kids who are not fluent in English could use for school work.
The word processor is not easy to use, especially when you add images. You really need to put in an effort because the images tend to disappear or move when you add text. It’s hard to go back to something I hated on Word 97 and forgot about after I started using Pages.
Opening .pptx files works, but the the presentation looks different. Keynote does a better job.

But the worst thing - it keeps freezing.

It has a lot of potential and I really thought I’d love this app…
